2009-2010 Band Program Calendar
 

 January

 9th & 10th  -  Grocery bagging fundraiser at the Winn Dixie at Hwy 79 and Front Beach Road.  Shifts
            are from 11 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 6 PM.  Students should see Mr. Bennett to sign up.
 23rd  -  Bay County Honors Band concert at 2:30 PM in the AHS Auditorium.
 23rd & 24th  -  Grocery bagging fundraiser at Winn Dixie.  Same information as listed above.
 23rd  -  Rummage Sale in the AHS Cafeteria from 7 AM - 12 Noon.
 30th  -  Panama City Mardi Gras Parade, line up at 2 PM at Tommy Oliver Stadium.  Parade route will be
            down Harrison Avenue and ending at the Panama City Marina.  Parade starts at 3 PM. 

 February

 12th & 13th - Florida Bandmasters Association Solo & Ensemble/Jazz MPA, Graceville, FL  (Information TBA)
 15th  -  A Touch of Italy Dinner at 6:00 PM in the AHS Cafeteria.
 16th  -  Mandatory Gatlinburg trip meeting for parents of Band students going on the trip at 5:30 PM in the AHS
            Band Room.
 16th  -  AHS Band Booster meeting at 6:00 PM in the AHS Band Room.
 20th & 21st  -  Grocery bagging fundraiser at Winn Dixie.  Sale information as listed above for January 9th.
 27th  -  Jazz Ensemble event, Chipley High School, Chipley, FL  (Times TBA)

 March

 6th  -  Drumline competition - Daphne High School in Daphne, AL  (Times TBA)
 6th & 7th  -  Grocery bagging fundraiser at Winn Dixie.  Same information as listed above for January 9th. 
 13th - Florida Bandmasters Association Concert Band MPA @ Chipley High School, Chipley, FL  (Times TBA)
 20th  -  Drumline competition  -  Pace High School in Milton, FL  (Times TBA)
 20th & 21st  -  Grocery bagging fundraiser at Winn Dixie.  Same information as listed above for January 9th.
 27th  -  Drumline competition  -  Tate High School in Cantonment, FL  (Times TBA)

 April

 5th - 9th  -  Spring Break holiday 
 16th - 18th  -  Sea Breeze Jazz Festival @ Aaron Bessant Park.  (Times and schedule TBA)

 June

 8th  -  Last day of school (early release)
